Protecting sensitive data and systems is a top priority for us. In an increasingly digitalized world, we are meeting the challenges of cyber security with concrete measures - today and in the future.
Our objective: 360° security across the entire product life cycle - from development to products and services through to solutions. We rely on a holistic security concept with a central PSIRT (Product Security Incident Response Team).

Have you discovered a vulnerability or a security problem in a Bihler product? Then contact our PSIRT team:

- Product name and product number
- Firmware or software version
- Description of the vulnerability (CWE ID, CVE ID if available)
- Steps for reproducibility
- Your contact information (e-mail or phone number)

- Disclosure of data only to authorized persons
- Confidential treatment of your identity
What we expect from you:
- The vulnerability is not yet publicly known
- Complete and comprehensible information
- Valid contact information
