Servo control for flexible deployment

The servo control serves to perform cycle-independent movements. All contact welding units can therefore be adjusted independently of the slide movement of the press or other mechanically generated pulses and can be independently operated.

The advantage? Through optimally adjusted movement processes, the closing speed of the electrode can be reduced to avoid deformation of the welding auxiliaries on the lower side of the contact. All motion profiles can be freely programmed by the higher-level welding control unit B 20K.
