For those in need of higher punching forces or aiming for the cost-effective manufacture of longer parts and increasingly voluminous assemblies, the .Forming Center CC 1 makes an ideal machine. The powerful eccentric press installed alongside the work plate allows for a multitude of bending, forming and assembly operations across the full width of the plate. To solve complex manufacturing tasks the machine also offers more space for the integration of a great diversity of added-value technologies such as welding, bolting, tapping etc.

The machine combination TWINTEC consisting of an efficient Bihler Center and a high speed Minster press unites the possibilities of the Bihler multi-technology with the advantages of the progressive Minster press technology for the complete manufacture of bigger and more voluminous parts. Depending on the tasks and on the respective punching and forming forces various combinations of overall four Bihler machines and three Minster presses are available.

BIMERIC BM - Based on the motto „plug & work“ all operating sequences on the future-orientated BIMERIC punching and bending system are flexibly generated by NC controlled servo-drives independently of one another The innovative modular design allows great expandability to obtain linear transfer processing configurations. Two processing faces on which radial and linear tooling concepts can be realized, are available for a cost-effective part manufacture.


BIFLEX- perfect symbiosis from CNC laser cutting unit and NC forming system. Benefit from greatest flexibility in prototype, pilot lot and low-volume manufacturing. The laser replaces the press. Subject to application the BIFLEX can be combined variably with special Trumpf lasers. The entire production start-up phase can therefore be covered without cost-intensive punching tools. The BIFLEX also demonstrates its strengths with regard to increasing numbers of component versions.

BIMERIC BW - With its high-end production system BIMERIC BW 4500 Bihler can now offer users a complete system for highly efficient production of electrical contact parts. The fully automatic NC production system offers output rates up to three times as high and set-up
times up to four times as fast compared with existing systems of other manufacturers.
