Bihler multi-axis control for wide range of applications
The control system ensures simple handling and operation of NC axes synchronized angularly to the machine, controlled procedurally or by electronic cams. The standard version layout with 24 axes can be expanded to 48 axes. The axis movements, polling and actuators (pneumatic and hydraulic types) can be quickly and easily configured by the setter or operator. Its application is not restricted solely to Bihler machines, but also covers the control functions for a multitude of radial and assembly machines without additional software programming.

The Bihler VC1-E control is specifically designed for Bihler machine types B, E, K and P. It stands out for easy, intuitive operation via 15“ touchscreen with operator console. The VC1-E is either completely integrated into the machine’s housing or housed in a stand-alone control cabinet. The control system is upgreadeable for multi-axis applications.
