	Flexible compact feeding system ZSK


	The flexible compact feeding system ZSK with linear sorting allows part feeding in automatic assembly operations and provides for a more efficient production of sub-assemblies. This system guarantees reliable part transport offering sorting of defective parts or parts which are not in the right position and thus plays an integral part in future compound solutions at Bihler.



	Cleaning System RS 3


	The RS cleaning system is an electronically controlled plant equipped with pneumatical, hydraulical and electrical components for the cleaning and degreasing of punching and forming components and metallic component groups which are continuously arranged on a bandoleer or guided. The cleaning materials applied are compressed air, water vapour and water (closed circuit). Water and water vapour are recycled and fed to the cleaning circuit as often as you like. Dirt particles and oils (grease) are collected each in a corresponding container. The cleaned parts leave the system dry and ready to be processed instantly. The cleaning system can be integrated into fully automatic production processes.



	Motor-driven reels


	Motor-driven reels relieve the material feed system of the processing machine of the reel unrolling process. They increase strip feed accuracy and the productivity of the manufacturing plant. Depending on the application and reel weight, various model series are available.
